Buildings Available for Year Round Use

Our buildings and grounds offer versatile, economical meeting spaces at a convenient location with plenty of parking for any event you can plan. Our location, just 5 miles east of exit 194 on I-35, makes us accessible from all points. The Avenue of Saints, new Highway 18, only two miles South, provides an exit at Eisenhower, which is our west edge. Semis and trailers hauling livestock or tradeshow exhibits are able to reach us without traveling through heavy, city traffic. We are located only 4 1/2 miles from the Mason City Regional Airport.

We can provide space for groups of 100 to 4000+. Versatility is yours because you can use any caterer or decorator desired, or prepare food and decorations yourself. We can provide set up and tear down for a fee. We will be happy to provide a listing of local suppliers and suggestions for fun and games, if you need them. We can even provide alcoholic beverage service, if desired.

All-Seasons Building The largest of our year-round facilities will accomodate combines to canines, boxing to company trade shows, sports & recreation shows, home and landscaping shows, farm expos, etc.

The south half of the building houses two tennis courts during early October through mid-April.

      Entire - 120' x 220'
      North - 120' x 95'
      South - 120' x 125'

Features: Heated, high ceilings, electrical drops, concrete floors, two overhead doors (11' 7" x 16'), restrooms/showers in south half, area available for food service.

Olson Building For indoor-outdoor summer-time happenings, no need to fear the rain. Rent the building and be prepared. The west lawn accomodates outdoor fun and games.

We allow outdoor barbeques and contained campfires. Ceiling insulation makes for cozy winter events. Air conditioning is available in the summer.

Entire- 80' x 180'
Half- 80' x 100'

Concrete floor, restrooms, electrical drops, area for food service, heated, air conditioned, 11' 8" x 9' overhead door.

Kinney 4-H Building (week days only) Houses our bingo games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The building is 80' X 80' with a concrete floor, rest rooms, heat, air conditioning, and food service is available for functions such as annual meetings, and dealer seminars. Tables and chairs are included with building rent.

Loafing Shed A 40’ X 80’ concrete floor shelter house with a solid west wall, filled with picnic tables, it is available for casual events. The structure has electrical plug-ins, water, lights, and trash disposal.

Arenas Indoor- Available year round for winter ice events, or summer dry and dirt floor exhibitions.

Ice- 200' x 85' mid-September to mid-April

Dry- 200' x 120' April (2 weeks only)

Dirt- 200' x 100' mid-April to mid-September, leased to Mason City Youth Hockey mid-September
to April 1st (424-3547).

Outdoor- 235' x 135' compliments the Indoor dirt arena for warm-ups or two-ring shows.

Heritage I- 300' x 200' on Front Lawn is surrounded by white fencing. Useful for driving, games,
dressage, and hunter-jumper events.

Heritage II- 145' x 285' beside Heritage I easily allows two classes of competition simultaneously.

Stalls, Etc. Stable- Across the street from arenas, 76 wooden 10' x 10' box stalls, indoor wash rack, which
accomodates up to four animals.

Portable Stalls- 150 steel paneled 9' X 9' and 10' x 10' stalls available; on the grounds, plus there
is barn space for another 100+ stalls under roofs.

Exercise Area- Plenty of space to safely exercise livestock.

Wash Rack- Outdoors - 12' x 76' for all large animal species 10' x 40' for small animals under 300#.

Barns- Available for added horse stalls or other livestock breeds, winter storage, outdoor swap
meets, auctions and more.

Grounds Front Lawn - may be used for car shows or sales, large tent events, etc.
Space for- setting up tented events, horse and wagon rides, miniature golf, carnival games,
volleyball and more. Cash bar available upon request.

Other Facilities Camping- Available on grounds with/with out electricity and water. Modern showers and sanitary
dump station.

Race Track- 1/2 mile dirt track; with over 3,500 seats in grandstand.

Winter Storage- Indoor storage for boats, campers, and cars. We rent space by the season
mid-October-early April), not by the month. If you are interested in storing your unit with us,
