SHOW HOURS:
FRIDAY - 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
SATURDAY - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
SUNDAY - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.(NO EARLY DEPARTURES)

Lessee agrees to have clean, priced, legally saleable merchandise set up and for sale during the hours of the show. Attached information sheet has been read and lessee agrees to abide by rules and procedure set forth by management for production of sales. Fair reserves the right to remove any item deemed inappropriate.

Fair agrees to provide clean, heated building for the sale. Fair is not responsible for loss by theft or vandalism. No smoking allowed in the building.

Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold North Iowa Fair Association and its agents harmless for any injuries or damages sustained by anyone or anything arising from lessee's presence on Fairgrounds pursuant to this agreement.
