Time: Wed., July 22–Fri., July 24 – 11:00a.m.-10:00 p.m.,
Sat., July 25 – 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.,
Sun., July 26 – noon-8:00 p.m.
Location: East of Olson Bldg. in gravel lot - North Iowa Fair Facility
3700 4th St. SW, Mason City, IA 50401
Camping: Contact Fair Office for camping details.
Set Up: Tues., July 21 – 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.,
Wed., July 22 – 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
Tear Down: Immediately following close of show
Fees: 10’ x 10’ space – $75.00 each + $10.00 for security
Electricity: $15.00 for all five days
Rules & Regulations:
1. The North Iowa Fair Association, its agents, employees and
affiliates assume no risk and shall not be responsible for any damage,
injury, loss, legal action or expenses that may arise or come to the
exhibitor or his employee, or his goods or property, or to the public from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitor understands that he/she should carry business/personal liability insurance.
2. The North Iowa Fair Association/coordinator reserve the right to
cancel any or all future reservations made by an exhibitor acting in any manner deemed to be inappropriate.
3. Exhibitors must be present and set up during all hours open to
the public. No early tear downs, unless pre-approved by coordinator.
4. Spaces may not be sub-leased.
5. Cancellation refund deadline is July 3, and must be made
in writing. One half of booth rent will be refunded.
6. Hand crafted items, home based business & wholesale items
will be allowed.
7. The use of “Sale” and or “Clearance” signs is prohibited.
8. Set up and protection from weather is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors are responsible for all canopies, tarps, tie-downs, etc.
9. Sales Tax: It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect Iowa
state sales tax and remit to the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance. If you do not have a sales tax number, you may obtain a permit for this event only by completing a Temporary Tax Permit form, available at show.
