Time:  9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location:  Olson Building at North Iowa Fair Facility, 3700 4th St. SW, Mason City
Set Up:  Friday, April 25, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday, April 26, 6:00 a.m., to be ready for show opening at 9:00 a.m.
Tear Down: Immediately following close of show
Fees: 10’ x 10’ space – $45.00 each, 8’ x 30” table – $5.00 each, order and pay in advance 
Electricity:  $5.00/booth/weekend

Rules & Regulations:
1.    The North Iowa Fair Association, its agents, employees and affiliates assume no risk and shall not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss, legal action or expenses that may arise or come to the exhibitor or his employee, or his goods or property, or to the public from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitor understands that he/she should carry business/personal liability insurance.
2.    The North Iowa Fair Association/coordinator reserve the right to cancel any or all future reservations made by an exhibitor acting in any manner deemed to be inappropriate.
3.    Exhibitors must be present and set up during all hours open to the public. No early tear downs, unless pre-approved by coordinator. 
4.    Spaces may not be sub-leased.
5.    Cancellation refund deadline is March 15, and must be made in writing. One half of booth rent excluding tables and electricity will be refunded.
6.    All items sold must be handmade.
7.    The use of “Sale” and or “Clearance” signs is prohibited.
8.    Sales Tax:  It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect Iowa state sales tax and remit to the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance. If you do not have a sales tax number, you may obtain a permit for this event only by completing a Temporary Tax Permit form, which will be available at check in time.
